Day 20 of vegan challenge.
Breakfast
Lowan Wholefoods Natural Swiss Muesli with chia seeds and soy milk.
Lunch
Leftover homemade sushi (which was awful, always eat it fresh!), an apple, and a tub of peaches in mango puree.
Dinner
A Fry's Schnitzel, 3 cobs of corn, carrots, and broccoli. May or may not have looked like this drawing.
