Breakfast
Leftover Chili sin Carne, two slices of wholemeal toast with Nuttelex, and a glass of orange juice. This is a complete protein meal.

Dinner
Steamed vegetables with rice. I used carrot, broccoli, zucchini, and green beans. This is a really healthy and nutritious meal, we all need to eat more vegetables! To make this meal even better for you, you could use brown rice instead of white.
