Day 41 of vegan challenge.

Breakfast
Four slices of fruit toast with Nuttelex.

Lunch
Leftover pasta from the night before.

Dinner
Sausage and bean bake which I made with Sanitarium Sundried Tomato and Kalamata Olive sausages, since Jeff the olive-hater is away.

Snacks
Some sultanas.

A Bundaberg Ginger Beer. Bundaberg do not use bone refiners to make their sugar, unlike some companies.

A big scoop of Sweet William Chocolate Spread.
