An observation...
Something I have noticed through writing this blog is that I don't eat anywhere near the right amount of fruit and vegies! Most of what I eat is just empty carbs. This goes to show that a vegetarian diet can still be unhealthy! As I always say to people, chips (generally) are vegetarian and chocolate certainly is! I really must eat more fresh produce...
