Day 16 of vegan challenge.
Breakfast
Kelloggs Sustain to which I added some chia seeds and a bit of wheat bran to bulk it up. Also a glass of breakfast juice.
Lunch
Baked beans.
Dinner
A vegan burrito from Burp.
Snacks
Some Jatz and the last of the Black Swan cannellini, hommus, garlic, and lemon zest dip.
Went to a friend's house for a catch up and I brought two boxes of Arnott's Shapes Sensations, Lime and Chili and Balsamic Vinegar and Sea Salt, and a bag of Coles Organic Sweet and Salty Popcorn. The popcorn was a big hit!
Little Vegan Life grew from a vegetarian food diary come vegan lifestyle blog called 'So Do You Just, Like, Eat Salad?'. Little Vegan Life explores the vegan lifestyle and my little vegan life, pondering issues big and small, and, most importantly, talking about delicious vegan food! (And 'So Do You Just, Like, Eat Salad?' fans don't despair, all of those posts are in the little vegan archives).
