Day 21 of vegan challenge.
Breakfast
I think it was fruit toast with Nuttelex, but there appears to be no photo of it...
Lunch
Starving and had no food in the house. The first thing I ate was an Aribar and a Leda Triple Berry Bar.
Next, there was a bowl of porridge.
Then last but not least, a large fries from Hungry Jacks.
Dinner
I made curried chickpeas for the first time and they were yummy!
Snacks
After dinner I had a tub of peaches in mango puree.
Little Vegan Life grew from a vegetarian food diary come vegan lifestyle blog called 'So Do You Just, Like, Eat Salad?'.
