Day 17 of vegan challenge.
Breakfast
Baked beans with two slices of wholegrain rye toast with Nuttelex, and a glass of breakfast juice. This is a complete protein meal.
Lunch
A bowl of Kelloggs Coco Pops with Sanitarium So Good Soy Milk.
Dinner
Spinach, tomatoes, and chickpeas with rice. This is a complete protein meal.
